DAY 1: Cusco - Wiñaywayna - MACHUPICCHU
The tour begins with the pick up passengers at 5:45 am apprx. hotel, and then go
to the train station, where we will move seeing picturesque scenery, until you
reach the 104 km where we began our walk. From the archaeological group of "Chachabamba"
(2250 meters) climb to approx. 2 1 / 2 hours to the fascinating archaeological
group of "Wiñaywayna" (2650 meters) where we enjoyed a pick nick. In the
afternoon we continue through the woods towards the semi-tropical "Intipunku"
("Puerta del Sol) from where we can enjoy the first panoramic view of the
majestic" Machupicchu ".
From here go down by bus to the town of Aguas Calientes where you can optionally
visit the thermal baths and comfortably spend the night in a hostel standard.
DAY 2: MACHUPICCHU - Cusco
After breakfast we climb with the first bus to Machu Picchu to enjoy the sunrise
in this magical place before the arrival of other tourists from Cuzco. Enjoy the
tranquillity of the lost city of the Incas on a guided tour, providing a free
time. In the afternoon we descend by bus to the town of Aguas Calientes, where
we return to Cuzco by train. Transfer to Hotel.
